Camp

Our year 6 children, each year attend our school camp on Kawau island. This camp is a valuable opportunity for your child to experience new challenges, build independence, and grow in confidence. It provides a safe and supportive environment where children can step outside their comfort zones, take on new adventures, and form lasting friendships and connections.

Children and families are given plenty of time to prepare. You can support this journey by encouraging sleepovers with friends, building responsibility through household tasks, and helping them learn to manage their own belongings.

As always, we rely on the support of parent helpers to make camp possible. We’ll be gathering expressions of interest closer to the time, so please keep an eye out for further details.
