Living On a Ship: Room 9's Special Navy Visitor

On Wednesday 4 April someone named P.O.E.T Scott came to visit room 9 and talk about living on a ship. He brang some pictures and some videos to show us. At the end of the day he gave three people a drink bottle and the rest of the class got a goodie bag that had Navy stuff in them. They had Navy posters, magazines, stickers, pens and tattoos. P.O.E.T Scott showed us photos of penguins and he also showed us a video of a man jumping off the ship to try and get a shark off a fishing line. He also showed us a photo of men smashing off all the ice (from the water that froze on all the metal) so that was the men's job to do. We learnt so much. It was super fun!

It was so much fun when we took a class photo with P.O.E.T Scott. Our class was so lucky to have P.O.E.T Scott for a visitor. We have had 2 visitors.
