Fundraising Plan 2011

Fundraising

The Board of Trustees have been busy establishing a fundraising plan to build an all weather community sports complex on the field. The PTA will be leading the fundraising for 2011 and we have set some lofty goals. The Board has obtained two quotes for the work and is currently collecting the third. We will then be sending in applications for funding, however the school needs to raise a significant amount. We have set six main goals as fundraisers and have the predicted amounts next to these events.

Currently we need 204,000 and we are hopeful we can get 150,000 in grants. Therefore the school needs to come up with the other 150,000 of which we already have 96,000.
