1900's Day in Room 13

We have been learning about what life was like in the 1900's, our great great grandparents day!

So we could really know what it felt like to live back in those times, we had a real 1900's school day! Everyone had to dress up, even Mrs Boric!

Our desks were set up in rows and our teacher wrote with chalk on a black board, we did too!

We learnt how to make bread and butter. We played some games like hopscotch and made wooden peg dolls. We even practised our letter writing. It had to link and be neat otherwise we would get the strap!!!! eek!

 Our teacher was very mean and bossy and would'nt let us speak or put our hand up.

We had to compare what school was like in those days to how school is today, I think I know which one I'd prefer!
