A Visit From Nan

Nan is Grace's Nana.  She used to work at a school in Kelston for deaf children.  She is fluent in the New Zealand Sign Language.  Nan came to Room's 22 and 23 to show us how to sign.  She taught us the alphabet, numbers up to 10 and some animal names.  It was fun!  We all got to practice signing our names and our ages.  Thank you Nan for coming to see us.  We really appreciated your knowledge of the third official language of NZ - Sign Language!
