Our Adventure into Space

We went to the Stardome Observation Center in Week 2 of Term 2. It was a fantastic introduction to our topic. The children loved the Star Show and the solar system was much easier to teach the children because of the amazing models of the planets and the visual displays of the Milky Way!! This trip was pivotal to our study of space. The rain and the very long flying fox was a highlight of the day.
